Sunshine Dominguez

A passionate cross-disciplinary creative, studio owner, and community builder, Sunshine Dominguez’s love for intersectionality is reflected in her colorful portfolio. Her background spans an array of industries and experiences, from marketing to producing to performing arts.

Growing up in a military family, she learned the importance of creating roots wherever you land.

With thespian roots in high school and college, her creative nudges took her through the corporate world in 2017 as a video content producer for Zappos.com, which continued into more video work and sparked a passion for marketing. That evolution into marketing strategy, on-camera, and brand work led to working with national brands like the History Channel, iHeartMedia, and National Geographic, as well as small businesses and everyone in between, helping build organic online presence and audiences of millions.

Sunshine transitioned from corporate to entrepreneur life, starting her video marketing business, Sunshine Digital, in 2021, which has since evolved into Sunshine Digital Content Studios – creative rental spaces in Las Vegas that nurture authentic expression. A place where anyone can feel safe to practice showing up and build aligned connections along the way.

Her passion for creativity and community extends through the heart of her studio and into her latest venture, Create Well, workshops and gatherings focused on creative wellness and helping burned-out creatives find joy in creating again.

Her storytelling work extends beyond marketing. As a producer with the culinary-cultural initiative Istorya, she helped lead a team documenting the Yakan weavers of Mindanao, an indigenous community whose craft and legacy she was honored to help preserve on screen. That micro-documentary, Threads of Tradition, won Best Micro Short Film at the Las Vegas Filipino Short Film Festival and went on to take the award to Manila, most recently earning 2nd place at the DGF Short Food Video Awards, presented by Featr. Her cultural values are expressed through commitment to stories that deserve more telling.

A natural on-camera presence, Sunshine has been hosting, emceeing, and facilitating for over 10 years, from commercial projects to business conferences, keynotes, and panels. At her core, however, she has a forever heart for the arts and expression in all forms. She grew up singing, playing instruments, drawing, writing, and being enamored by all that can be made art. Recently, she had the honor of fulfilling a longtime dream, playing Pilar in Legally Blonde as part of Super Summer Theatre’s 2025 season. After a 12-year hiatus from the stage, that experience felt like a coming home after years of exploration and growth.

Las Vegas taught her what it truly means to be in community, and that shows up everywhere in her life outside of work. When not creating, you’ll find her reading, leading a book club, being enlived by her friendships, exploring a newfound love for painting, connecting with her community through local events, supporting small businesses, checking out the local art scene (not to mention being utterly inspired by the brilliance of Las Vegas’s talent), drinking coffee, and participating in cultural events, especially those by her beloved local Filipino community.

She believes we as humans are here to experience & express, and approaches everything with her core values of curiosity, expansiveness, and wonder.
